茶树油微胶囊的制备及其热释放研究

Abstract
采用单凝聚-冷冻干燥法制备了茶树油单壁微胶囊,对其稳定性和热释放进行了研究.采用显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)观察茶树油微胶囊的形貌和包合效应,利用热重分析(TG/DSC)和热缓释-气相色谱质谱(HR/GC-MS)对茶树油单壁微胶囊的稳定性和热释放行为进行了研究.结果表明,制备的茶树油单壁微胶囊呈完整球形,表面光滑,包封率达83.5%,TG/DSC和HR/GC-MS显示茶树油单壁微胶囊失重温度在100~500℃区间,失重温度较茶树油增加,平均失重速率由7.2%/min降至2.0%/min,热释放成分变化不显著.以上结果表明:茶树精油胶囊化后,热释放温度范围扩宽,热稳定和热释放性能增强,为其在食品和烟草等热加工应用方面奠定基础.
