Abstract
采用滚珠旋压成形技术将Φ10.8 mm×0.5 mm的NCu40-2-1坯料管件加工成壁厚0.1 mm,0.05 mm的超薄壁管.研究发现随着减薄量增大,管件的表面粗糙度呈现缓慢增长趋势,并保持在0.2~0.3 μm.检测织构的演变情况发现在滚珠旋压超薄壁管的减薄量超过80%后,随着壁厚减薄率逐步增加,织构相对强度呈先增加后减小趋势.
