Abstract

超级增强子是一类增强子簇,富含大量调节因子,控制着细胞身份关键基因的转录.在肿瘤的发生及发展中,超级增强子激活启动子从而促进关键致癌基因的转录;抑制超级增强子活性,则能明显降低癌细胞的恶性表型.该文综述了超级增强子的结构特征、与肿瘤的联系、超级增强子相关因子在前列腺癌中的作用,及靶向药物,旨在为前列腺癌的诊治提供理论依据.
