Abstract
利用微生物发酵餐厨垃圾可制备单细胞蛋白(Single Cell Protein,SCP),此工艺在实现资源再利用的同时还拓展了蛋白生产渠道并且缓解了相关行业对蛋白的需求.本文从餐厨垃圾处理现状、SCP合成以及餐厨垃圾制备SCP工艺的研究现状及存在问题、SCP应用以及未来前景进行讨论,以期为餐厨垃圾的高效资源化利用提供依据.
