Abstract
目的 优化加减当归芍药散中挥发油的提取工艺.方法 以挥发油的转移率及其藁本内酯的含量为指标,运用单因素试验结合Box-Behnken法优化加减当归芍药散中挥发油的酶法辅助提取工艺.结果 优选的工艺为:在药材饮片中加入9倍量的提取介质及1.0％的果胶酶,在46℃下浸泡30 min后,用水蒸气蒸馏法提取4 h.结论 该提取工艺可用于加减当归芍药散中挥发油的提取.
