摘要
Prostaglandin analogs (PGAs) can lower intraocular pressure in pediatric patients with glaucoma. Studies in adults have suggested that their use is associated with anterior uveitis, which is reflected in current guidelines. Other studies suggest that they may be used in nonsurgical patients without concern of causing uveitis. There is little data on this topic in children.
