Introduction: In patients with suspected stable coronary artery disease, non-invasive ischemia test (NIST) use frequently has been associated with high normalcy rates for individuals referred for invasive coronary angiography (ICA). This study aimed to determine the impact of an artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled computed tomography angiography solution for comprehensive coronary artery evaluation on patient selection for ICA after abnormal NIST.
