《中医内科学》中对于淋证一病,仅讨论了热淋、石淋、血淋、气淋、膏淋、劳淋六个证型的证治,但中医古籍中不乏对冷淋一证的记载与论述.冷淋病机为肾阳不足,膀胱气化不利,治法应为温补肾阳,化气利水.金匮肾气丸中桂枝、附子温肾补阳,化气利水;生地黄、山药、山茱萸补肾气、益肾精、滋肾阳;牡丹皮则用于制约温燥药物之烈性,可用于治疗冷淋.
