Abstract
良性复发性眩晕(Benign recurrent vertigo,BRV)是指大多发生于中青年患者的反复发作的眩晕,它既不是由运动或体位变化诱发,也不伴有其他神经系统症状和听觉症状,发作时间通常持续数小时至数天,缺乏特异性诊断指标,极易与其他类型的眩晕混淆,目前对该病报道较少,病因尚不明确.本文报道2例家族性BRV病例,以期提高对该病的认识.
