Abstract
"关格"首见于《黄帝内经》,指脉象、病理,《难经》载其为脉理,而后《伤寒论》将此作为病名而提出.至明清时期,各医家对关格的认识逐臻完善.本病病因病机多端,可分为阴阳不和,肾虚阴亏,邪阻三焦,肝火亢盛,中焦实热.治疗以滋肾清热、补肾通关,和中散火、渐通上下,疏肝理气、解郁清火,通腑泄浊、降逆开关为主.
