摘要
In this study, TiO2/CuS nanocomposites with cauliflower-like protrusions were successfully prepared using a simple one-step hydrothermal method with the assistance of 3-mercaptopropionic acid (3-MPA). The TiO2 and CuS formed heterojunction materials with a stable crystal phase during hydrothermal treatment. The as-prepared TiO2/CuS was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Besides, the photocatalytic performance of the nanocomposite material was detected in Rhodamine B (RhB) solution. Results indicate that TiO2/CuS nanocomposites exhibit higher photocatalytic performance than the TiO2 and CuS controls, this can be attributed to their distinctive morphology, strong light absorption capacity and effective promotion of the heterojunction between TiO2 and CuS.
