Two new C21 steroids from Lepidogrammitis drymoglossoides (Bak.) Ching
Phytochemistry Letters(2022)
Abstract
Two new compounds lepidodromos A-B and (1-2) have been isolated from the methanol-soluble extract of the aerial parts of Lepidogrammitis drymoglossoides (Bak.) Ching (Family: Polypodiaceae) and their structures were determined by 1D, 2D NMR, and HR-ESI–MS. The comparisons of experimental and calculated CD curves were used to determine their absolute configurations. The antiproliferative test indicated that both compounds 1-2 displayed moderate biological activity against Hela cells with IC50 values of 17.8 and 20.4 μM, respectively.
