摘要

•Self-healing methylcellulose/carboxymethyl chitosan hydrogel was prepared.•The hydrogel can load CuS and ZIF-8 nanoparticles for synergistic therapy.•This nanocomposite hydrogel system can achieve good tumor treatment effect.•Multi-modality synergistic treatment can reduce side effects of single treatment.
