Abstract
The driving safety is affected by the sealing of the joint surface of the gearbox of high-speed train. In this paper, the motor excitation load was extracted by the gear calculation software RomaxDesigner, the sealing performance of the joint surface of the high-speed train gearbox under working conditions and extreme working conditions was analyzed through the finite element analysis software. The analysis results show that the sealing performance of each joint surface of the box body met the requirements under general working conditions, and did not meet the sealing requirements under a limit working condition, it was consistent with the actual oil seepage position. The improvement was made by selecting an optimized method, and the results showed that the sealing performance of the improved gearbox satisfied the requirements. This analysis method provides a reference for the evaluation and analysis of the sealing performance of the joint surface of the gearbox of the high-speed train.
