Abstract
•Two new resin glycosides were isolated from Calystegia sepium (L.) R. Br. first.•Calystegins B was a rare hexasaccharide resin glycoside with macrolactone structure.•Calystegins B possess potential inhibitory effects on tumor microtubule proteins (ΔGb=-4.75 kcal/mol) and might be the lead compound of antitumor agent.
