An MXene based flexible patch antenna for pressure and level sensing applications

•Fabrication and demonstration of MXene based patch antenna for pressure and level sensing applications.•The proposed antenna is designed at 5.8 GHz and exhibits suitable radiation characteristics for sensor applications.•The figure of merits of pressure and level sensor are presented including stability performance.•Real time level sensing demonstration of the fabricated antenna sensor.•MXene based patch antenna has potential application in IoT based wireless sensing.
