Abstract
Bioactive constituents of ZnO nanoparticles incorporated with Phyllanthus acidus fruit extract is studied for solar cell fabrication by means of domestic microwave-assisted green synthesis method. ZnO nanoparticles are synthesized with an average particle size of 5.2 nm and it possess the hexagonal and wurtzite crystalline structures. An absorption peak at 353 nm validates the formation of Zn nanoparticles and it is the foremost property of ZnO nanoparticles. It is highly reported that the presence of O–H, N–H, C–H, C–O and amine groups provides the stabilization of these nanoparticles. A well aligned concentric rings pattern is mostly seen in the selected area electron diffraction. The ac conductivity, dielectric loss and dielectric constant are also accomplished and shows better cell deficiency. The dc conductivity activation energy is resulted as 0.045 eV. The most important applications of ZnO nanoparticles in solar cell fabrication and photovoltaic devices are also spotlighted. The electronic influx; tribological as well as rheological studies are also performed for P. acidus fruit extract based ZnO nanoparticles for electro-mechano uses.
