先天性心包缺损(CAP)罕见,临床表现无特异性,多数患者无需特殊处理,但部分性缺损可能发生心脏疝或绞窄,甚至引发心源性猝死.早期识别高危CAP患者并及时处理具有重要临床意义,本文就CAP临床及影像学表现进行综述.
