Abstract
患者男,67岁.因"左肺鳞状细胞癌切除术,胸部放化疗后1年半余,胸骨后闷痛、乏力10d"入院.一年半余前无明显诱因出现间断咳嗽1个月,支气管镜细胞学提示左肺上叶支气管开口处鳞状细胞癌.颈胸腹增强CT:左肺上叶中央型肺癌伴左肺上叶不张,纵膈、左肺门多发淋巴结转移,双侧胸腔积液.全身骨ECT:未见骨转移征象.行左肺全切及淋巴结清扫术,术中见:病变位于上下叶支气管嵴之间,上下叶疑似受侵.
