Abstract
•The increase of TeO2 content increases the density and decreases specific heat.•The Tx-Tg presents high values indicating good thermal stability with TeO2 content.•The TeO2 content causes an increase of NBO species and decreases the phonon energy.•The N4 values showed the change of borate units coordination with TeO2 content.•Thermal diffusivity and thermal conductivity present high values for all samples.
