摘要

•Inspired by the visual physiology evidence, a novel NR-IQA method by integrating local and global features is proposed.•LBP is applied to the reconstructed image of high-frequency wavelet sub-bands instead of the input image directly.•This is the first attempt to integrate the LBP and DTCWT together for the IQA research based on a neural network.
