尿频是临床上的常见症状,常规的治法之外,还有一种是麻子仁丸证所适用的,该类尿频的表现常为:小便频数,通常不伴有尿痛,此外,常有大便的异常,如便干、便硬,或者排便不畅、便秘等.其病机是胃强脾弱,其中以胃强为主,至于脾弱,有绝对的弱,亦有相对的弱.其结果是津液代谢失常出现偏渗.
