Abstract
对影响地棚催芽效果的塑料拱棚规格、袋开口后进棚催芽时间、袋摆放密度、分床时间4个因素正交试验表明:地棚催芽最佳条件是地棚规格宽4.2 m(2个耳床扣一个棚),长50 m,高1.8 m;袋开口后在培养室继续培养7 d,再移入棚内进行催耳管理;每平方米摆放密度50袋;待耳芽长至1 cm,分床进入出耳管理.
