New Developing Technology of E-Car To Mitigate Carbon Emission: A Patent Analysis

This research uses patent analysis and text mining to statistically assess 12,202 patents from the Derwent Innovations Index (DII) database that are connected to innovation and improvement in research of electric cars and carbon dioxide (E-car & CO2) emissions technologies. The results depicted that: from 1970 to 2020, the number of patents linked to ECs & CO2 emission have increased significantly since 2000, and research intensively focused more on the E-car and CO2 emission policies and implementations program. In the number of patent publications, China came first in terms of patent publications, followed by Japan, Germany, and some patent agencies, for instance, the (WIPO). While authors publication and citation analysis illustrate the whole research stream path: motivation, planning, decision, implementation, risk, and improvement in sharing technologies. The core technology analysis recommended that CO2 emission control, E-cars, charging batteries, and climate change were the hot topics.E-car will be promising research directions
