鼻咽癌是常见的头颈部恶性肿瘤,在我国华南地区尤其多见,约占全世界的60％.目前,放射治疗是鼻咽癌的首选治疗方法,但往往也会带来许多副反应,而张口困难是鼻咽癌患者放疗后较常见的一种不良反应,有报道指出,鼻咽癌患者放疗后出现张口困难发生率高达50％以上.
