上海市非物质文化遗产"张氏内科"代表性传承人张存钧教授,临证50余年,对反流性食管炎的中医治疗方面造诣深厚,认为其病机与肝胃气逆、酸壅胃脘、胃热上炎及脾胃虚弱等相关,治疗分别予清热降逆、补虚制酸.本文从中医病因、病机及治法、方药等角度对张教授治疗反流性食管炎的临床心得进行探讨,并分享验案1则.
