Abstract
肾上腺皮质腺癌( adrenocortical carcinoma, ACC)是原发于肾上腺罕见的恶性肿瘤,全球年发病率为0.7～2/100万[1].ACC临床表现缺乏特异性,术前诊断比较困难,确诊主要依赖于手术切除后病理诊断.笔者对我院病理确诊的1 例青少年 ACC患者的CT表现进行分析,并复习相关文献,旨在提高对该疾病的认识和诊断率,具体报道如下.
