Energy storage performance of polycrystalline Bi0.85Ho0.05Sm0.1FeO3 ceramics

This article analyzes the energy storage performance of polycrystalline Bi0.85Ho0.05Sm0.1FeO3 ceramics. The sample is synthesized by a solid-state reaction and, it crystallizes in the R3c phase without any traces of secondary phases. The electron density distribution and type of bonding are analyzed using the maximum entropy method. The energy storage capability of polycrystalline Bi0.85Ho0.05Sm0.1FeO3 ceramics was determined to be 0.212J/cm(3) and 0.332J/cm(3 )at 2 Hz and 100 Hz frequencies, respectively.
