摘要
Inflammation is a significant contributor to ischemic stroke. Isofraxidin has been demonstrated to play an anti-inflammatory role in different diseases. However, its role in cerebral ischemia injury still needs to be explored. Using BV2 cells subjected to oxygen and glucose deprivation as a model for cerebral ischemia injury, we have shown that isofraxidin treatment alleviates cell injury and apoptosis, reduces inflammation, and decreases oxidative stress by suppressing NF-κB/NLRP3 pathway.
