摘要

•A Packing problem with semifluid items is studied.•This is equivalent to a 2D Knapsack problem with splittable items and guillotine cuts.•We show its NP-hardness and establish structural dominant properties.•We develop polynomial, pseudo-polynomial algorithms and an FPTAS approximation.•Experimental results assess the efficiency of our approach.
