Abstract
In the face of natural disasters and emergencies, the problem of emergency material distribution vehicle routing is a major and difficult problem. Based on the actual situation of emergencies, this paper concentrates on the multi-objective vehicle routing problem with time window constraints, and establishes the optimization model of distribution vehicle routing affected by time window constraints considering the importance of timely delivery of emergency supplies. On the premise of satisfying the time window and various constraints, the improved ant colony algorithm is adopted to obtain the optimized path with the shortest path as the goal, and the algorithm is verified the feasibility and effectiveness through case analysis in the paper.
