Ziel/Aim Multi-pinhole (MPH) collimators considerably improve the resolution-sensitivity tradeoff compared to parallel-hole collimators. This study evaluated the impact of MPH collimators on intra- and inter-reader agreement, and on the certainty of the visual interpretation in dopamine transporter (DAT) SPECT.
