摘要
The compost microbial community structure is complex. How microbial interactions promote compost humification was still unclear. In this study, compost samples at different stages were collected for high-throughput sequencing; a microbial network was constructed, and functional microorganisms were predicted using FAPROTAX. The symbiotic model among Firmicutes was the most common model in the network, accounting for 59.48%, while the positive effect accounted for 47.03%. Nine microorganisms, including Atoprostipes, Lactobacillus, and Corynebacterium, met the criteria to be node, core and functional microorganisms, and they contribute to maintaining the microbial network structure and promoting the process of humification. A correlation analysis indicated that the moisture content, organic matter, total nitrogen and pH are the main environmental factors that affected the microorganisms. The moisture content, organic matter, and total nitrogen have positive effects on the other microorganisms except for a negative correlation with Nocardiopsis and Atopostipes .
