摘要
•Dopants (Mn2+, Cu2+, Ni2+) occupy a substituted position in the TiO2 matrice.•Oxygen vacancies caused lowering the edge of the TiO2 conductivity band.•Nickel ion as a dopant increased the conductivity properties in the DSSC.•The conductivity properties of the TiO2:Mn/Cu decreased after the v(O) incorporation.•The optimal content of doping ions in TiO2 is 0.4% to obtain high-efficient DSSCs.
