摘要
The inkjet‐printing process will be the critical fabrication process for the electroluminescent (EL) quantum dot light‐emitting diodes (QD‐LEDs) to meet the needs of industry users. Here, the inkjet‐printed InP‐based QD/organic semiconductor nanohybrids were applied as an emission layer in the inverted QD‐LEDs. Even though the printing process of the nanohybrids was performed in ambient air, the red and green devices show the maximum current efficiency of 9.7 cd/A and 10.4 cd/A, respectively, with the maximum luminance of over 7400 cd/m 2 .
