Abstract
Aiming at the problem of the communication quality of on-board antennas of high-speed trains, the interference degree between metallic and non-metallic obstacles in the carriage to each antenna was analysed and a method to improve the system performance was obtained. An integrated model of the train body and antenna was established, and the transmission coefficients of the on-board antenna on the model were simulated using CST electromagnetic simulation software to compare the two solutions and obtain the influence of metallic and non-metallic obstacles on the antenna layout. The analysis process and the conclusions obtained can provide reference for the design of on-board communication antenna systems.
