ID:16429 RCT Comparing Traditional and DTM SCS for Back Pain: Profound Relief, Functional, and QoL Benefits

DTMTM SCS uses a unique programming approach where electrical signals are multiplexed spatially and temporally. A randomized controlled trial (RCT) compared the effectiveness of DTM SCS to traditional SCS with a focus on axial low back pain (LBP) relief. This study provides important long- term clinical outcomes on LBP relief, extent of disability, quality of life, and therapy satisfaction. Results from the study can provide insights into the relationship between profound pain relief and secondary outcomes.
