Abstract
Subcallosal cingulate deep brain stimulation (SCC DBS) has been investigated as a novel treatment option for severe and chronic treatment-resistant depression (TRD) [1-2]. The aim of this study is to characterize the longitudinal brain changes in default mode network (DMN) with SCC DBS using 15O-water PET and test in a new cohort of subjects in18F-FDG PET.
