摘要

•A simultaneous extraction of glucosinolates and camalexin was developed.•The quantification was achieved by HPLC-UV-MS and HPLC-fluorescence, respectively.•The method was down scaled and validated for small-sized samples, seeds and leaves, various contents and profiles, from different Brassicaceae species.
