特殊类型肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤二例

Abstract
肾的血管平滑肌脂肪瘤(angioleiomyolipoma, AML)是一种良性间叶性肿瘤,可分为经典型及其他亚型.其中上皮样型血管平滑肌脂肪瘤(epithelioid angiomyolipoma,EAML)、伴上皮性囊肿的血管平滑肌脂肪瘤(angiomyolipoma with epithelial cysts,AMLEC)较为罕见,易误诊为肾脏恶性肿瘤.本文报道2例临床上误诊为肾癌的AML特殊亚型病例,就AML特殊亚型的诊断及鉴别诊断作一分析,以提高对AML特殊亚型的认识.
