Abstract
巨噬细胞来源的外泌体作为细胞间信号传递的信使.大量研究表明,巨噬细胞与疾病的进展有密切关系,巨噬细胞外泌体通过影响炎症反应以及细胞功能导致代谢性疾病、创伤和肿瘤的发展,外泌体中非编码RNA发挥了重要作用.基于巨噬细胞外泌体在疾病中发挥的作用,最新研究聚焦巨噬细胞外泌体的可塑性,使用巨噬细胞外泌体调节机体的免疫反应,调节机体微环境,最终将巨噬细胞外泌体应用于载药,达到治疗疾病的目的.
