Abstract
冲脉,作为奇经八脉之一,其循行范围广、分支多,与多条经脉交会,广泛联系全身各脏腑,其为"十二经脉之海""五脏六腑之海"与"血海",具有调节全身气血的功能,在人体经脉系统中占有非常重要的地位.文章就李瑞教授治疗冲脉病候一案,结合冲脉的生理特性,分析"冲脉为病"的特点及其临床诊疗思路,为今后针灸临床提供思路.
