Abstract
为了利用热障涂层技术解决烧嘴端面烧损问题,开展模拟研究对比增加热障涂层前后烧嘴端面金属材料的隔热性,开展热震性实验测试不同涂层材料以及不同喷涂工艺热障涂层的热震性.结果表明,热障涂层可显著降低烧嘴端面温度,1873 K辐射温度条件下可降低45％;采用封孔工艺的铈酸镧(La2 Ce2 O7,LCO)材料具有最佳的热震性,1200℃条件下循环热震仅少量裂纹,未见明显失效现象.
