Abstract
1只3月龄雄性西高地犬因咳嗽、呕吐等症状前来就诊,经血常规、粪便检查、犬C反应蛋白检测(cCRP)、犬细小和冠状病毒胶体金检测试纸和恒温热隔绝式PCR(iiPCR)等方法检查,确诊为犬瘟热.通过采取抗病毒、预防继发感染和对症治疗等措施后,犬瘟热胶体金试纸检测呈阴性,身体各项指标恢复至正常值,患犬预后良好.
