鉴于配电网规划成效构成因素的复杂性,选取供电量、供电可靠性、线损率作为KPI,提出一种基于规划成效KPI的投入产出分析方法,用于评估配电网滚动规划成效与投资需求的匹配关系.利用该方法可快速识别配电网规划成效的合理性.
