现代研究发现,巴戟天主要由糖类、蒽醌类、脂类、有机酸、维生素等多种化合物组成,有抗炎、抗氧化、抗抑郁、平喘等多种生物学活性.巴戟天最初被发现具有改善性功能、活血祛湿等功效,其在抑郁症、骨质疏松、支气管哮喘等疾病中也展现出了多项值得深入研究的治疗潜能.现围绕巴戟天在不同疾病中的药理作用进行探讨,为巴戟天的临床治疗提供多重方向.
