椰子油对海南黑山羊羔羊瘤胃氢代谢、甲烷生成及相关酶活性的影响

Abstract
试验旨在研究椰子油对羔羊瘤胃氢代谢、甲烷生成及相关酶活性的影响.选用24只10日龄、体重(2.05±0.16)kg的海南黑山羊羔羊(公母各半),随机分成4组,每组6只重复,分别添加0、4、6、8 g/d椰子油,试验期60 d.结果表明:与对照组相比,添加椰子油能够降低羔羊瘤胃液中溶解H2(dH2)浓度(P<0.05),6 g/d和8 g/d椰子油组溶解CH4(dCH4)均降低(P<0.05),4 g/d和8 g/d椰子油组瘤胃pH升高(P<0.05),6 g/d和8 g/d的椰子油能够增加还原型烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NADH)、烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸(NADP+)/还原型烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸(NADPH)浓度(P<0.05),瘤胃液中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性增强(P<0.05);椰子油组羔羊瘤胃液中琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性增强(P<0.05),8 g/d椰子油还可增加羔羊丙酮酸脱氢酶活性(PDH)(P<0.05),添加椰子油对瘤胃微生物蛋白、氧化还原电位、NADH氧化酶、苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)和羟酯酰辅酶A脱氢酶(AADH)活性无影响(P>0.05).结果提示,添加6~8 g/d椰子油能降低羔羊瘤胃液中dCH4和dH2分压浓度,使NADH、NADP+和NADPH浓度显著升高,增强LDH、PDH和SDH活性,改变瘤胃发酵中间氢的传递,从而抑制瘤胃甲烷的生成.
