Abstract
•Parkinson’s disease (PD) is the second most common neurodegenerative disorder in the world.•In recent years, increasing attention has been paid to cognitive dysfunction.•Working memory is responsible for temporarily holding information available for processing.•Working memory is also important for reasoning and the guidance of decision-making and behavior.•We expect to use the N-back method to identify dysfunction in working memory in PD patients.
