Abstract
With the high proportion penetration of random fluctuation photovoltaic, the safe operation of the system is threatened. Diesel energy storage micro-grid vehicle can not only stabilize photovoltaic fluctuations and improve the acceptance capacity of renewable energy, but also supply power in case of emergency to meet the load demand. Therefore, a capacity allocation model of diesel energy storage micro-grid vehicle considering photovoltaic uncertainty and typical load scenarios is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the uncertainty of photovoltaic is described and analyzed, and the photovoltaic is treated in the form of interval. Then, a typical load scenario is constructed based on the scenario method. Then, the capacity configuration model of diesel energy storage micro-grid vehicle is constructed. By solving the model, the capacity and location planning results of diesel energy storage micro-grid vehicle are obtained. Finally, an IEEE-14 power system example is established to calculate and analyze the model, and the results show the effectiveness and correctness of the method.
