Abstract
微生物修复是治理重金属污染的重要手段之一.本文考察了粘质沙雷氏菌对重金属Cu2+、Zn2+和Cr6+耐受性和去除作用.结果表明,粘质沙雷氏菌对重金属Cu2+、Zn2+、Cr6+具有良好的耐受性,耐受程度表现为:Zn2+>Cu2+>Cr6+.不产灵菌红素时,最大耐受浓度分别为100~150 mg/L、200~250 mg/L、50~100 mg/L;产灵菌红素时能增加菌体对重金属的耐受性,最大耐受浓度分别为150~200 mg/L、>250 mg/L、150~200 mg/L.菌体对重金属的去除效果表现为Zn2+>Cr6+>Cu2+,48 h内最大去除率分别为分别为63.3%、44.5%、32.3%.
